Cynthia's UP Band
“This is my first time using an UP Band. I have psoriatic arthritis & other health problems so my health is not always good. I was introduced to my UP band by Clash the Leicester based Arthritis self-help group. I can honestly say it has been one of the most important health accessories I have ever used.
I started using it on the 24th of February 2015 & since then it has taught me how important it is to balance my sleep, exercise & diet. As I am 75 years old with arthritis the gym is not an option but walking is. My present aim is 10,000 steps a day with seven to eight hours sleep at night. Also to keep an eye on my diet.
Since starting with the UP band I have lost 18lbs & my sleeping hours & sleep pattern is improving. This obviously helps with my mood & my health. I don’t think I would like to be without my UP band now as it keeps me on my toes & is also encouraging when you hit targets.” Cynthia
